Job Description
What will you do:
- Respond to customer inquiries/ reported bugs received via tickets to ensure their continued access & usage of the Sprinklr platform.
- Troubleshoot technical issues to provide timely & accurate resolutions.
- Identify platform gaps/issues while analyzing root causes.
- Ensure quality resolution to avoid escalations and ticket reopenings.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and feature releases.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product managers.
- Create documentation like FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
- Participate in testing and QA to detect defects.
- Improve support processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Meet SLAs, manage ticket priorities, and escalate when necessary.
What makes you qualified?
- 0-5 years of experience in enterprise software debugging/support.
- Experience in CCaaS solutions (e.g., Genesys, Avaya) is a plus.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet SLAs, and work in a team.
- Self-motivated with a passion for solving customer issues.
- Experience with Web tech, CRM, SaaS, or digital marketing platforms.
- Programming/scripting knowledge in JavaScript, Python, Java, or Node.
- Understanding of databases like MongoDB, MySQL.
- Familiarity with Graylogs, Kibana, API tools, curl, runner logs.
